FAQ: Updating Threads After Poll Goes Live

Once a poll has gone live, the original author of a thread needs to edit the first post in a thread to change the thread type from Idea to Praise. This helps admins and other users tell live polls apart from suggestions. It will also be helpful to change the title to indicate the poll is live.

Unlike Get Satisfaction, users on Sprinklr can still edit their own posts after someone has responded to a post. Poll administrators can no longer edit posts.
